Q: Can I do, or have someone do, the soft tissue technique on me every day?
A: Acupressure can be done daily. In fact it can be done several times a day if necessary to release the muscle. However, the soft tissue technique discussed in the program is usually done once a week.
Q: Why can't have the soft tissue technique done on me more often?
A: Because your muscles need time to recover from the technique. It's quite intense, especially the first few times you undergo it. If you have the technique done too often, you risk bruising the muscle.
Q: I'm not getting relief from your program. What am I doing wrong?
A: You're probably not having the soft tissue technique done deeply enough into the muscle to break down the scar tissue. Remember, this isn't a feel-good massage. You can expect discomfort, especially during the first few sessions.
Q: The soft tissue technique really hurts! Is this normal?
A: Yes. The muscle tissue is inflamed, so it's going to hurt. However, be comforted by the fact that succeeding sessions will become progressively less painful.
Q: The person who does the technique on me does not seem to be digging deeply enough. What should I do?
A: Tell the person who's performing the technique on you to push harder. You can't get hurt no matter how hard he/she digs. If this person is physically incapable of digging deeply enough (perhaps he/she has arthritis, for example), then use an Index Knobber. If all else fails, take the book that comes with your program and have a professional masseuse/massotherapist follow the directions for the massage on you.
Q: I'm sore from the stretches you told me to do in your program. Sometimes my muscles hurt while I'm doing your stretches. Are they supposed to hurt?
A: NO. You're pushing too hard or doing the stretching too intensely. The stretching should be comfortable throughout the entire stretch.
Q: How long will it take for me to get rid of my chronic tension headaches while using your program?
A: Good question. The longer you've had the symptoms, the longer it's going to take. The longer you've practiced poor posture, the longer it's going to take. However, average number of sessions for significant relief from chronic tension headaches is 8 to 12. Remember, this is an average number; some may take more, some may take less.
Q: I don't have a headache when I go to sleep, but I wake up with one every morning. What's wrong?
A: You're sleeping in bad posture. You're either sleeping on your side, stomach, or on your back with too many pillows behind your head. You should try sleeping on your back with a cervical pillow or other neck support that keeps your neck in a neutral position.
Q: When I'm at work, I can feel my neck and upper back tighten up. This always happens right before I get a tension headache. What should I do?
A: Take a break and do a three-minute behind the back stretch, just like they do in the military. It's important that you hold this stretch for three minutes or so. Click here to go to a page that walks you through this stretch.
Q: I've got a tension headache. What can I do to get rid of it?
A: You can use acupressure on some of the knots in your neck, shoulders or upper back. You can also put some heat on the area. For example, moisten a towel and heat it in a microwave for about 60 seconds (please be careful not to get the towel too hot). You can also try a dry heating pad, moist heating pad, or a hot shower or bath. The longer you can apply heat, the better.
Q: How does your risk-free offer work?
A: My offer is simple: If you don't feel that you're well on your way to getting rid of your chronic tension headaches within 90 days, then I'll refund your money, provided you send back the program to me in resellable condition (of course, you get to keep the Index Knobber II if the version of the program you ordered came with it).
The program e-book and any bonus e-books are yours to keep.
Final Points
Am I saying you'll never get another headache after you buy and use my program?
No, I'm not. If you should fall back into the poor posture habits that caused you to get chronic tension headaches in the first place, you'll start to suffer from them again. Also, there are other causes of tension headaches, such as stress and dehydration. Obviously, I can't control those factors.
However, if you follow my instructions, which means you undergo the soft tissue technique I discuss in the program once a week AND faithfully practice the simple stretches I outline, you will notice a great reduction in the frequency and intensity of your tension headaches. You should notice this reduction quite quickly.
How long it will take for you to experience permanent relief depends a great deal on how long you've suffered from chronic tension headaches. As a general rule, the longer you've had chronic tension headaches, the longer it will take for you to get permanent relief. For most people, it takes anywhere from six weeks to three months. However, it can take a month or two longer.
You must understand that "How to Get Permanent Relief From Chronic Tension Headaches" is a holistic program. It gets to the root cause of your headaches. This means it's not like taking a magic pill.
If you're looking for a way to get rid of your chronic tension headaches instantly, without having to expend any effort, please don't buy this program. You'll be very disapointed because my program calls for you to work diligently on your posture and undergo my special deep tissue massage/acupressure technique on a weekly basis.
Now, am I asking you to spend hours every day to fulfill your obligations under this program? Not at all. As I said, all you have to do is have someone perform my deep tissue massage/acupressure technique on your neck, shoulders and upper back once a week (this is very easy to learn; the program comes with illustrated instructions) AND practice the stretches I talk about. These stretches will take you several minutes to do. I advise that you do them two or three times a day.
That's all there is to it!
